CANCELLATION POLICY

⭐️Please Read ALL 🚨ARE YOU A NEW CLIENT THST Has Microlocks or Sister locks or do you need a repair? DID YOU BOOK A CONSULTATION FIRST? 🚨 🌸All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE if you Noshow , or cancel. There is a $50 Noshow fee applied before you are allowed to book another appointment. 🌸 All consultations are to come shampooed 24 to 48 hours prior to their appointment ( please do not blow dry your hair.) 🌸FIRST TIME require a consultation before service 🌸Color clients Do not shampoo prior to service 🌸Each customer has a 15min grace after appointment time has started. 🌸 After 15 minutes a $25 late fee is applied 🌸 30 minutes your appointment is cancelled and you loose your deposit. If you same day cancel there will be a 15% fee deducted.
